The mission of The Mary Ellen Vanaken Team is to be the most successful real estate team in the North Atlanta, Georgia market by providing the best real estate experience for our clients.

This means the team works hard to enable buying and selling of property a hassle-free and cost-effective process for the client. 

The Mary Ellen Vanaken Team maintains a full-time staff of well-trained real estate professionals who continually strive to provide top-quality service for their individual clients.

  • CLIENT FIRST: Everything we do is in the framework with this question: How will this enhance the client experience? 

  • We focus on making each client feel as important and valued as they are.

  • If a client needs help, there should be no hesitation on the part of the team member to offer to help. If a client has a question, every effort should be made to answer it to the satisfaction of the client. If a client has a complaint about a product or a service, every effort should be made to rectify the problem. Client satisfaction should be paramount in any reasonable situation.

  • Always treat clients with courtesy. A smile and a kind word go a long way. 

  • Always thank the client at the close of a sale and extend the invitation for them to use our team's services again in the future.

  • RESULTS-ORIENTED: Focusing on results, our team “reaches across the table” to achieve practical results for clients in a cost-efficient manner.
