Looking to Bring the Gym Home? 

We have the perfect inspiration to transform any space in your home to the perfect  gym!

1) Garage Gym 

Have some extra space in your garage that you want to transform- a garage can make for the perfect gym location. Be sure to add some tough rubber flooring, add ventilation if their isn’t any existing, and find your electrical outlets! A couple of big pieces of equipment will easily fit, and peg boards make for Great Wall storage!

2) Basement Workout 

Get the most use out of your basement by adding your home gym. Add some rubber floors, wall organization, plenty of overhead lighting, a tv if you don’t have one already, and plenty of mirrors to keep you motivated and the space inviting!

3) Office Gym Hybrid 

Limited on space for your gym? Consider combining your office and gym in one! As long as both areas have a distinct separation, and plenty of organizational bins, you will keep everything in it’s place. A few key workout machines, and some weights that can easily be stored away will be perfect for this pop up gym!

4) Attic Gym 

Clear out all of the unnecessary clutter, and start creating your oasis. First- check that the floors are braced before adding any equipment! After the space is checked, make sure to over any exposed insulation with dry wall, think of adding a window air conditioner as well as a fan to keep the space cool and work out ready! Decorate adding some great mirrors, and your favorite inspirational decor.

5) Shed Space 

A shed space can be a great little getaway and a wonderful spot for a gym. Cover up the floors once again with something strong and rubbery, add some shelving on the walls, and any cardio or weight lifting equipment you love. Such a great spot to live your best life in 2019!
