We love our clients and our community and pride ourselves on being the center between the two! We create captivating marketing, share smart market insights, and provide honest representation! 

YOUR ROLE

Licensed Real Estate Agents: 

We are looking for full time licensed sales associates to join our real estate family. Must be self-motivated, driven, tech savvy, and willing to bring personal database to the business. Team will handle all marketing costs for that database. We are only looking for those agents who welcome a high level of accountability to lead generation, and want to grow.

The most critical piece is that you connect with our mission and core values. We are committed to your success... and we want you to be a big part of ours! If we determine you are the right fit for our team, you will be mentored directly by our Founder and CEO, Mary Ellen Vanaken

We are looking for people who are HARD workers (this is not an easy job!) and serious about helping lots of people and therefore selling lots of homes. A sense of humor and a big heart is a must! 

Responsibilities include calling and prospecting for business, showing property, being a valued advisor to your clients, writing contracts, negotiating and closing deals.

	Claire Wilson - Marketing/Operations Manger - Responsible for lead generation and system execution, and marketing.
	Anne Hamilton - Transaction Coordinator - Responsible for contract to close,  vendor management, reviews and client communication.
	Maggie Bruckner - Marketing/Operations Assistant - Responsible for listing marketing, website, marketing collaterials, social media and special events.
	Julia Frick - Listing Specialist - Responsible for listing calls, appointments, and negotiations.
	Shikha Sharma - Buyer's Specialist - Responsible for buyer's calls, appointments, showings and negotiations.
	Susan Jennings - Listing Specialist - Responsible for lisitng calls, appointments and negotiations.
